Tracey Elizabeth Follis

Tracey Elizabeth Follis, 38, of Belvidere, IL, passed away surrounded by her family Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. She was born March 18, 1987, in Rockford, IL. The daughter of Tom and Julie (Kearney) Follis. She graduated from Belvidere High School in 2005. She worked for Woodward, Inc. in Rockford for 10+ years. She enjoyed riding their Harley, swimming, dancing, and listening to music. She was a proud member of the American Legion in Belvidere. She was the life of the party and was a great host. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. If you were lucky enough to have Tracey as a friend, you had a loyal friend for life. She is loved and will be missed deeply by her life partner, Ralph Lowery; cherished children, Kendra Lowery, Ralphie Lowery, Kaylee Lowery, and Aubrey Lowery; loving mother, Julie Follis; loving siblings, Jenny (Ken) LaFon, Christa (Murray) Fregeau, Joe Follis; niece, Amanda (Cory) Smith, “Favorite Niece”, Andrea (Bryce) Havens, nieces, Rylie Fregeau, and Zoe Fregeau, niece and goddaughter, Sophia Follis; aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends; beloved Frenchie’s, Pearl and Opal. She was preceded in death by her loving father, Tom Follis; grandparents; brothers-in-law, Dennis Anderson, and Ryan Halverson; aunts and uncles. There will be a visitation Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Belvidere, IL. A funeral service will begin at 7:00 P.M.
